Set your reminder for as far in advance as you would like so you have plenty of time to get your affairs in order before it’s too late. This will allow you to start the renewal process of your expiring document right there from your phone or tablet. This is also the time to enter a URL link for use when the time comes for renewal. Enter all of the pertinent information, even add a picture of the document for quick access, enter the expiration date and choose when to be reminded. You will then enter the information for the document that you would like to track.
Your information will be securely stored on your Google Drive or iCloud account so that you never lose your data, even if you change phones. You are able to log in by creating an account using a simple username and password or login using Google or Facebook.

Not only is Licensed used to track professional licenses it is also a valuable tool for tracking things like your driver’s license, car registration, library card, insurance, first aid certification, etc. I decided that moment that I needed to build an app that would remind me of upcoming license and certification renewals and allow me to keep track of the time remaining as well as initiate the renewal process right from my phone. Over the last fifteen years, it has been difficult to keep track of all of these different expiration dates. Many of the certifications have to be up to date in order to renew another. Some of these are renewed every five years, some every two, and some are renewed annually. I am a Merchant Mariner with a dozen different licenses and certifications that I need to keep current.
